If you are having trouble playing these sermon's, here a few tips to
help you. If these tips do not help you and you require more
assistance, please feel free to contact us with your questions.
1. I am trying to play the sermon without downloading it, but when I click the link it only gives me the option to save.
Solution: You
probably do not have any software that will play the sermon in your web
browser. The best option is to download software such as quicktime,
install it, and then try again. This is the easiest and most common
solution to this problem.
2. I am trying to save the sermon, but I don't know what to do after it downloads.
Solution:
The key is to know where you saved the sermon. After you click save, a
window pops up that will give you the option to save it to various
folders and places on your computer. You should take careful note of
where the sermon is saved, because you will need to get back to that
specific place to play it.
3. I have downloaded quicktime (or another digital media player), but I still cannot listen to the sermon without downloading it.
Solution: You
have to set the software to automatically play when you click the link.
In Internet Explorer, click on "Tools", and then "Internet Options".
Go to the "programs" tab and click on "set programs". Click on
"autoplay settings" and then select the program you wish to listen to
the sermon with.
4. I click on the sermon title, but it automatically plays the sermon without giving me the option to download it.
Solution:
You must right click on the link and then click, "save target as".
Remember to take note of where you save the file so that you can access
it again.
